If your order isn't delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, you will need to cover the shipping fee before I ship your order out again. **IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ORDER IS LOST** Please contact me within 50 days of the shipping date. If you contact me any later than 50 days after the shipping date, I won't be able to file a lost package claim and receive reimbursement from USPS. Therefore, I won't be able to offer a refund to you for your lost package. I've had my shop open since 2016, and in that time I've only had a few packages go missing. It is a rare occurrence, but please contact me if it's been at least 3 weeks since you received tracking info, but have not yet received your package. Thank you :)
